My name is George, I am from India. I briefly explain about New Delhi Where I spent most of my time. New Delhi is the capital of India. New Delhi has lot of historical place.
Taj Mahal
Taj Mahal Completed in 1653 A.D., it was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his second wife, Mumtaz Mahal who died at the age of 39. She was deeply loved by the King, and travelled with him everywhere. Shah Jehan never remarried, and spent the next 22 years building this tomb for her. He hired an architect from turkey, and an engineer from Iran, who designed the Taj Mahal. He spent US $8.4 billion for this monument.
The Taj Mahal is constructed out of white marble. All the designs and inscriptions are made by inlaying semi-precious stones into the marble, including jade, onyx, black marble, lapiz lazuli, mother of pearl, abalone shells, etc. The changing light and shadows affect the colour and patterns of the Taj Mahal. The Taj is pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening and golden when the moon shines.

Qutab Minar
Qutab Minar was built in 1193 by Qutbuddin either as a victory tower or as a minaret to the adjacent mosque. From a base of 15 m it tapers to 3 m at a height of 73 m. One of the finest Islamic structures ever raised, it is still the highest stone tower in India. Its interiors are profusely decorated with calligraphy, though the dome has collapsed. It has a slight tilt and it is no longer possible to climb the tower

Culture
In India, our culture does not allow to kiss anyone openly girls. Example: Actor Gere kissed Hollywood star Shilpa Shetty on the face several times.
In India, it is prohibited for non-Hindus enter the temple. Also can’t enter with shoes in any holly places.

New Delhi has an excellent metro system and bus service with affordable price. Different kind of delicious foods are commonly available in reasonable rate.
